Write down three things you are grateful for each day

The fourth segment of our Happy LIFE experiment is one that is a bit more inwardly focused and deals with thinking of, and recognizing what it is in our lives that we are grateful for.

In this segment, we will ask each one of our LIFE community to write down three distinct things they are grateful for each day.  Each day’s list must be different from the rest.  In the end, each of us will accumulate a minimum of 63 things we’re grateful for.  Sounds like a lot, but part of the process of living a rich life is recognizing its riches.  We think, we know, you can do it.
